About this opportunity:
As an TA Analytics Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights to the Human Resources (HR) function. Your primary focus will be on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving HR processes and initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to translate complex HR data into meaningful reports and presentations.
What you will do:
Collect and analyse HR data from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, performance evaluations, and other relevant systems.
Support the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop customized reports and analytics to meet their needs.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate HR data and insights to stakeholders.
Provide functional expertise and automation.
Stay updated with HR trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices to enhance HR data analysis capabilities.
Support HR data requirements for regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance purposes.
Maintain data privacy and confidentiality standards in handling sensitive HR data.
The skills you bring:
Proven experience of 3 – 5 years as an TA Analytics Specialist or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office and excel dashboarding tools, execution knowledge of SQL queries.
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analyzing HR data.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to effectively communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
