System Engineer (Electrical)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for PCB design, schematic entry, component footprint/library creation, routing rules, signal integrity optimization and Gerber release
Review of PCB design, PCB documentation
Work collaboratively with the design engineering teams in USA & Germany locations

Required Skills:
Strong experience in PCB design, schematic entry, component footprint/library creation, routing rules, signal integrity optimization and Gerber release.
Proficient with Expedition PCB VX.2.xx Layout, IDF import/export.
Familiar with Drawing Editor, Fablink and CAM350.
Experience in DxDesigner and Variant Manager
Capable to handle technical queries independently with PCB fabricator and contract manufacturer.
Experience working with PADS and Hyperlynx is added advantage.
Knowledge on DFM, DFA, DFT, PCB stack up, EMI/EMC and PCB design guidelines.
Experience in working with global team
Able to handle tight design schedules and urgent development priority changes.
Must be able to manage time to support several designs at a time.

Education/Experience: 
* B.Eng or M.Eng degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, with 8+ years' experience in PCB design with
* Good understanding of basic multi-disciplinary engineering fundamentals and experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
* Medical device experience or experience in a regulated environment is a plus.
