JOB TITLE : Strand by Strand - Studio- ManagerLocation - Opening for Pune and BangaloreExperience - 4-7 yearsCTC- 4 - 7 LPA + incentivesRESPONSIBLE TO : ASM / SMMAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe main aspect of the Studio manager is to ensure that the clients get the service and results promised to them by the consultants / sales team.Roles and Responsibilities:· Exemplary service delivery befitting the brand & to AHS standards.· Help during the consultations with technical details if required.· Create the hair expert's schedules, manage work flow and enforce department policy and procedures.· Investigating and solving clients concerns, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by the team member.· Keeping a close check on the stock of the department.· Maintenance of the designated areas, the hair expert's rooms & the equipment.· Keep the dissonance low and involve the ASM / SM if required.· Maintain complete records of all the clients in the department along with their images and economics.· Maintain daily / weekly & monthly reports.· Keep track of the regular clients and their visits to the studio.· Co ordinate with HO for the customized orders.· Plan & strategize to meet the monthly targets.· 2nd sale (up selling).Candidates from luxury brands and beauty clinic experience is a plus.
