Position Purpose
This role will partner with and help drive growth for BPS NA new Digital Customer Solutions into new markets and new segments within North America. They will be primarily responsible for:
Develop and cultivate relationships with the key stakeholders in commercial teams, to expand BPS GEN AI customer base.
Support NA sales organization to build the pipeline and sell BPS Gen AI Solutions to support revenue targets.
Develop a regulatory strategy for BPS NA by creating any external partnerships needed
This role ideally requires a deep understanding of solutions and technology, especially within the AI/ML / GEN AI and or SaaS space. Program Manager experience could be helpful but not a must.
Scope
North America, Digital Customer Solutions - no direct reports
Major/Key Accountabilities
Support NA commercial teams to sell Digital Customer Solutions sales in North America. With a restless curiosity, aggressively works to identify, target, and apply BPS value proposition by considering external context and customer requirements to solve stakeholder pain.
Be active by investing significant time with industry groups to create partnerships and leverage Government regulations as a lever to drive BPS GEN AI growth
Work closely with global GEN AI Office Programs, Product, Marketing and Technology teams to partner on where to "hunt" and how to drive new business value.
Uses customer feedback to enhance and generate new solutions.
Work with Client executive and sales executive teams to solve common challenge areas that allow BPS to increase its trust and mindshare within the marketplace.
Support Account Ops Teams as a BPS GEN AI subject matter expert (SME) in opportunity development and closure.
Apply sales excellence framework to ensure healthy pipeline across all areas
Ability to work across functional boundaries to 'co-create' digital customer solutions bottom-up
Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
Be an ambassador for BPS NA core values.

Qualifications/ Experience
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years' experience inAI/ML/GEN AIspace in program management, or any sales support roles, ideally working with data analytics
Experience with industry groups (Insurance, Healthcare, Financial services)
Extended experience in cross functional matrix oriented internal structures
Project or program management
Strong stakeholder management
Skills and Knowledge
