Key Responsibilities• 8-12 years' experience in Salesforce Development (Sales Cloud, CPQ Plus/Revenue and Service)- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to support complex pricing, quoting, and contract management workflows.- Integrate Sales Cloud, CPQ & Revenue Cloud with other systems, such as ERP, CRM, and billing systems, to ensure data consistency and accuracy.• Work with Architect and Business Stakeholders to implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions.• Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and other considerations (security, scalability, limits).• Integrate between Sales Cloud, CPQ & Revenue Cloud with external systems such as NetSuite, homegrown solutions, utilizing Salesforce APIs, middleware tools, and custom development. Identify integration patterns, recommend integration technologies, and ensure data integrity and security.• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write, maintain test classes for all development.• Experience with Middleware integration tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft is a plus.- Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce CPQ features and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to optimize system performance and user experience.• Collaborating with cross team developers on other systems used within the organization.• Analyse project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors.• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.• Provide technical training for other team members.• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.• Excellent communication skills to interact within and across other team members.Preferred Qualification• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field• Salesforce Developer & Certified CPQ Specialist credential Certifications are preferred.• Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and other Salesforce team members.
