YOU define what's possible.We are looking for an energetic and creative individual focused on NAND memory based storage systems, serving the removable storage markets. Join us and be part of the team to define and to shape the future of memory systems!Essential Duties And Responsibilities:o Understanding system specifications and memory requirementso Perform NAND flash storage based analysis and verification from product definition and planning through production and releaseo Understanding on NAND flash system level behavior characterizationso Participates in cross functional meetings such as with memory, firmware and product line teams to develop flash storage productso Knowledge on the PLC process of a producto Provides feedbacks on new system features for next generation memory developmentso Should be working with Factory teams, in co-ordinating on the items like SSD drive build, Mechanical tests, etc.o Will be handling RCA, 8D, process improvementso Understanding of manufacturing operations and product/test engineering flowo Making sure product is meeting the reliability and quality spec.o Mentoring junior engineers in the teamQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:· Bachelor/Masters degree from Electrical/Electronics/Computer science preferred with 1-2 years of experience in Reliability/Memory design/system engineering· Experience in memory design/characterization· Knowledge of Semiconductor physics and Computer Architecture is a plus· knowledge on factory operations and Agile methodology is a plus· Knowledge of storage interfaces such as SD , USB , SATA and PCIe is a plus· Experience in SSD reliability and testing is a plus· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications· Strong team player who can collaborate with colleaguesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
