Drivedaily operations:
Leada team of Electrical, Mechanical and Computer System Engineers responsible for consumer electronics package development from pre-prototype toproduction.
LeadCritical ASIC and Package Design Programs across challengingTimelines.
Drive processes and policies toestablishconsistency and standardization across all package design functions.
Identifykey rolesrequiredfor team success and recruit top engineeringtalent.
Provideteam guidance, regular feedback, education, coaching andmentoring.
Create career development plans, manage performance, create performancereviews.
Manage a wide variety of stakeholders while leading process definition for yourteam.
Perform architecture and electrical design reviews to ensure hardware and packagequality.
Collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines in a teamenvironment.
Effectively influence leaders and key partners to gainalignment.
Champion a data driven culture, operational excellence, andestablishingprocesses and operational metrics andKPI's.
Work with cross-functional engineering managers and architects on hardware and softwareintegration.
Travel requirements:10%.
Deliver Strategic Solutions:
Implement and oversee key metrics to ensure deliverables are achieved and have desired impact.
Manage conflict and buildeffective relationships & sustain effective communication with partners.
Promote collaboration, provide project sponsorship, and guide deliverable execution.
Lead and develop executive-ready presentations, team highlights/low-light summaries, objective summaries, and all-team communications.
Coach, develop and mentor current & future Micron leaders.
