We focus on employee experience as a key driver of our actions.In doing so, we deliver flexibility, quality, and efficiency for the businesseswe partner with.You'll make a difference by:Should be willing to workin a Factory setup supporting the HR functionswith an employee strength of 2000 and above.Oversee all aspects of HR compliance, ensuring adherence torelevant labor laws, factory acts, and statutory regulations specific toMaharashtra.Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration,ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursements, statutory deductions,and employee benefits such as ESIC,PT,LWF etc.Should have good coordination with Blue Collar employees.Proficient in MS Office applications, Workday.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalismin handling sensitive HR matters and employee information.Responsible for all Hire to Retire functions in BU like FRRO,Induction, Internships, separations, F&F settlements, benefits topic likePF, SAF, Gratuity settlement etc.Your success is grounded in:MBAin HR with preferably working knowledge in a manufacturing environment.Minimum5-7years ofexperience in HR and administration roles preferablywithin a manufacturing or factory environment, with understanding of localindustrial relations.Join us and be yourself!We value your unique identityand perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunitiesand building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
