You'll make a difference by:
·Record Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment details, salaries, benefits, and attendance
·Query Management: Addressing employee inquiries related to company policies, benefits, leave management, payroll, and other HR-related matters
·Administrative Tasks: Handling various administrative tasks such as preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents
·Data Management: Updating internal databases with employee information, generating reports, and maintaining HR data integrity
·Onboarding: Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientations, issuing necessary documents, and providing support
·Offboarding: Handling the exit process for employees, including conducting exit interviews, processing final payments, and returning company property
·Payroll Support: Providing necessary data and information to the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely salary processing
·Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations
Your success is grounded in:
·Minimum 1-2 years of Experience
·Thorough knowledge of computer literacy, including MS Office
·Organizational skills
·Excellent written and oral communication skills
·Graduate in Human Resources Management or relevant field
·Basic knowledge of labor legislation for ME Regions
·Experience using spreadsheets
·Organizational skills
·Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
