This team is on the front line, taking on the latest business challenges, framing solution options and ultimately partnering with various customers in Marketing teams for each Business Unit, Supply Chain, Investors and Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have the vision to translate business need into system capability while providing the leadership to see solutions through to delivery.Primary ResponsibilitiesHead the COE (Center of Excellence) center in Hyderabad for Marketing Technology for Global Communications and Marketing.Serve as primary internal consultant and leader with vision within Micron Global Marketing team and Sales and Distribution solutions teams and adhere to standard processes.Provide architectural, functional and process guidance on approach and capabilities.Partner with Marketing leadership to understand capability needs and to improve the overall efficiency of Global Marketing platform, solution and Operations teamsLead a team of technology analysts and Web Experience Analysts etc.Ability to deliver large scale, high-value projects within an established delivery methodology.Work within multi-functional teams to drive successful deployments.Lead the web sites and all marketing automation technologies and roadmap.Professional Experience Required12+ years of related Software solutions or program/project leadership7+ years of experience supporting global Marketing and platform solutions.Professional Experience Preferred7+ years of experience including leadership in large-scale capability deployments supporting critical business processesExperience with planning and execution in a high-tech environmentKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesDeep technical understanding of Marketing technologies like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Marketo (for email and customer campaign management), Akamai (Edge and Website gateway management), Web technologies based on Java J2EE technologies, and HTML, Javascript and other web front end technologies. Salesforce (Marketing, Sales and Service cloud) knowledge is a plus.
