Role Description
Support the CCS implementation across the markets with a focus on driving the harmonization of the CCS platforms in order to ensure that all the markets are reaching the same version of the platform. Also this role will be pivotal in supporting the execution of post RFS initiatives across the markets.
Key accountabilities
GSM Products & Services charging logic configuration and optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and vendors to achieve business objectives
Identify and mitigate risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
OCS runway/platform roadmap feature delivery that support the Local markets products and services strategy
Identify gaps in the migration run books and able to provide mitigation criteria to close the identified gaps
Define platform harmonisation strategies i.e. aligning the platform the same version across the markets where similar platform is implemented.
