Solutions Engineer

Provide leadership and act as a senior level mentor and provide support to technical personnel for any/all issues regarding service design, implementation, education and support of Identity and Access Management infrastructure and availability? Gathers project/application requirements from customers and stakeholders? Help define implementation roadmaps, support requirements and management infrastructure? Engage with customers to deliver solutions and drive projects to the finish line? Define the overall project architecture & lead delivery teams for implementation? Mentoring and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants to improve their technical and business consulting skills? Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients? Curious by nature, demonstrates ability to learn new skills, keeps pace with evolving threat landscape as well as new technology trends and practice
