Overall industry experience of 15+ years 
Extensive experience in functional and technical areas in Oracle HCM applications. 
Completed at least 4 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects 
Must have knowledge in integration architecture, able to drive complex conversion, having knowledge in SSO and other technical areas like workflow, personalization etc 
Work as an solution architect for large transformation, understand end to end business requirement , provide architecture , process optimization.
