About this Opportunity!
Solution Architect is the center of the SI delivery that owns the SI solution end to end. Who understands the customer's requirements, creates technical solutions and document them in Solution & design document. These documents shall be used by the Solution Integrators/Developers/System Architects to meet the customer requirements. The role will be a technical leader for the project.
Needs to have breadth of the solution domain & shall also identify the Scope Creeps, Risks, Change Requests and document the same during the project. SA shall also be the Solution Life Cycle Manager of implemented solution. Will manage the Internal & External stakeholders of the project. The role demands positive & problem-solving mind-set, hands on delivery experience, understanding end to end customer requirements, risk taking appetite and leading the delivery.
Responsibilities!
• Managing overall operations for multiple solutions deployed within the customer environment.
• Driving scope, define & design solution, driving end to end.
• Customer engagement to secure agreements on solution proposed.
• Prepare Technical Presentations, Proposals and walk through with Customer.
• Lead the technical risk analysis and support Program Manager/Program Director in overall risk analysis process.
• Manage Internal & External stakeholders to stitch and bridge gaps.
• Identify New Business Opportunities.
• Leading delivery team by assigning activities & reviewing the progress.
• Lead Solution Acceptance (UAT) towards Customer.
• Managing L1/L2/L3/CNS(Support)/Customer's O&M team.
• Identify Scope Creep, Change Requests during delivery phase.
• Support Pre-Sales Activities

Identify Skill Set required for Project execution/delivery
Lead Customer Presentations & Demonstrations
Interface with 3PP/OEM's for evaluating and incorporating their solution in Ericsson's solution offering.
• Act as a Solution Life Cycle Manager of the solution proposed/Implemented.
• Proactive Competence development of self in new solution areas in the domain & technologies.
• Mentor Solution Integrators, developers, system architects and provide transparent & open environment for growth and development
• Responsible for the task assignments of Technical Leads, System Architects, Developers and System Architects.
• Technical Owner of the solution in the project
• Change Management
Requirement:
• 8-14 Years of Telecom & IT experience in solution architecture of OSS/BSS solutions, namely Prepaid systems (telecom), Inventory, SIM, Voucher Management and Activation/Provisioning systems.
• Well versed with agile & waterfall methodology & JIRA
• Proficient in software architecture, application design, development, and implementation using below technologies-
• Programming & Scripting -Java, Java Scripts, Shell, Python
• Application Platform-Spring, Spring-boot, Spring- MVC, Jboss, Tomcat, FUSE
• Messaging Brokers - Apache-MQ, AMQP - RabbitMQ,
• Security: Spring Security, OAuth, LDAP
• IPC - RESTful & Big Web Services, RMI, RPC
• Data Formats: XML, JSON
• JS Framework like React Native, Angular JS 1.0,2.0,6.0 would be an added advantage.
• Cache-Redis, Infinispan etc.
• ORM-Hibernate, Spring Data, JPA
• Cloud-AWS (Compute, S3, Lambda)
• Microservices & CI/CD & Containerization/Docker
• Database -Postgres, MySQL, Cassandra, Mongo Db, Elastic Search.
• Tools-Git, Maven, Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, JMeter, JIRA.
• UML Tools-Microsoft Visio, Draw.io
• Must have solid technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Must be proficient across the entire software development lifecycle.
• Team player & mentoring skills
• Experience with new technology & third-party product evaluation.
• Must have experience to handle 3PP's developer team and able to review the architect and the code.
• Willing to occasionally travel within and outside India and alter daily work schedule to meet with customers.
