We are currently seeking a Life Sciences Solutions Advisor to join our team in India.
The Life Sciences Solutions Advisor is a dynamic role within the Life Sciences team that works with account leaders, clients and technology teams to develop and deploy solutions that create significant business value and/or remove business problems. The position requires a mix of strategic life sciences domain expertise, savvy business acumen, deep technical knowledge, and a flare for marketing and communications.
In this role you may take the cutting-edge technology that NTT DATA is known for and adapt it to the life sciences industry; or you may work with a partner to integrate their expertise into NTT DATA's ecosystem to bring new capabilities to our clients. Then you will lead the solution development, deployment, marketing and ultimately, it's adoption for our clients.
You will also provide tactical life sciences knowledge and consultative guidance to existing clients and account teams to deepen our relationships and bring positive disruptive change.
Job Responsibilities
Enable the growth and positioning of the Life Sciences business unit by contributing thought leadership like blogs, whitepapers and podcasts that help shape the industry.
Ideate solutions to enable a broader or deeper industry footprint. Then see those solutions to fruition from business case development, funding, solution deployment and client adoption.
Support account success by partnering with the teams to pursue new initiatives and improve existing business. This includes providing consulting, life sciences domain expertise, and hands on presentations.
Championing strategic partnerships and alliances that enable growth and unique domain specific capabilities.
Collaborate with the broader integrated Healthcare team to leverage existing capabilities into life sciences and to enable cross domain solutions that improve healthcare outcomes for people across the globe.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years within the Life Sciences domain, specifically with Pharma, biotechnology and/or med device
At least 2 years of experience in consulting, designing and implementing solutions for Life Sciences
Demonstrated thought leadership with the application of technology and/or process improvement to solve business problems or improve business outcomes for Life Sciences.
A bachelor's or master's Degree in a related field such as Medical Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong technical leadership with the capability to provide expert consultation and articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Established ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes.
Significant experience in developing and architecting solutions within a collaborative enterprise environment, with an emphasis on cross-functional teamwork and innovation.
A strong background in Life Sciences technology and business processes
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
Excellent communication skills
