We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist - Tableau to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Location:Bangalore
Tableau - admin:
Tableau Servers Administration & Maintenance
Tableau License management
Tableau Reporting maintenance and support
Tableau Server Health check and Monitoring.
Access/Role managementsupport to users for issues related to Tableau Reports/Dashboards,along with external service providers (e.g., D3C, ID management team, etc).
Closely work with client's architecture team towards enabling the Global Tableau Platform's current and future use cases.
Work with product teams to address any product issues and help on accelerating the completion of bugs, fixes and service pack or version upgrades.
Perform requested POCs, MVPs on the required features of Global Tableau Platforms
Work with the client's services and engineering team to integrate the products with the products such as Tableau with Salesforce (LWC), etc., as and when requested.
Weekly Tableau Server maintenance activities and server upgradations whenever needed
Code deployments across environments, for client approved change request.
Provide required support for Tableau upgrade
Participate in status call with client
Very good comm skills, able to communicate and interact individually with client
