Software Development Manager

As a Software Development Manager,Hire and develop high performing multi-disciplinary technical talent with a particular focus on delivering values.Drive team to establish comprehensive development plans and innovative solutions to problems / challenges that meet desired outcomes and keep integrity to client commitments.Ensure stakeholder partnership including Product Management, Technical Architects, Support teams, Release Management and SRE.Should act as development manager focal in client meetings and able to summarize technical situations / resolution with the client and other stake holders.Ensure end to end development activities are properly sized, planned and tracked to meet delivery expectations supporting focus areas such as:Ensure developed plans (including dependencies, risk mitigations) are interlocked internally and across functional teams & stakeholdersAllocate and balance resources across multiple areas / projects to meet needs of business prioritiesProvide management oversight to a number of activities running in parallel, address issues/concerns with speed, and enable course corrective actions.Report on development status to program stakeholders as neededEnsure Performance, Quality , Security standards are strictly adhered to.Performs other duties as required
