HIRING FOR AMAZONResponsibilities:1. **Agile Development Collaboration**:- Collaborate closely with the agile development team and functional teams to understand features and enhancements for the platform.2. **Feature Understanding and Test Planning**:- Develop a detailed understanding of platform features/enhancements, including functional specifications and design, to perform automated and manual testing.3. **Test Planning and Execution**:- Independently create feature test plans based on development and feature completion milestones, executing white-box and black-box testing as necessary.4. **Automation Development**:- Utilize the automation framework to automate feature tests and enhance existing framework/libraries to enable new feature tests.5. **Testbed Setup and Documentation**:- Create and maintain the testbed setup, documenting the setup steps for reference and ensuring consistency.6. **Issue Reporting and Tracking**:- Timely report, track, and update issues and test cases, ensuring that all identified issues are properly documented and addressed.7. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development cycle, providing feedback and support as needed.Requirements:1. **Object-Oriented Design and Coding**:- Strong skills in object-oriented design and coding, with proficiency in languages like Python, C++, or Java.2. **Debugging and Stability**:- Strong debugging skills and the ability to fix stability issues efficiently.3. **Automated Testing**:- Experience in coding with automated testing frameworks, tools, services, and physical devices to ensure effective testing.4. **Technical Communication**:- Ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions effectively to facilitate collaboration and problem-solving.5. **Agile Methodologies**:- Experience working in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies, understanding the iterative and collaborative nature of these approaches.6. **Automation and Load Testing Tools**:- Hands-on experience with automation or load test tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, or LoadRunner, demonstrating proficiency in test automation.7. **Experience and Education**:- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in automation, tools development, or performance engineering, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
