Simplify complex AI concepts: Translate technically complex AI concepts into consumable content that drives user actions.
Deliver clear, inclusive, accessible, and translated content: Ensure content is suitable for a global audience, adhering to content design practices.
Research and design content based on user scenarios: Understand personas, deliver content for design iterations, develop and clarify UI terms, actively contribute to design reviews, and conduct user testing/research to validate content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work directly with Design, Product Management, Development, Marketing, Support, Sales, and Training to tell a cohesive product story. Use expertise and user empathy to influence product design decisions and deliver the best user experiences.
Maintain the publisher page: Ensure the page is up-to-date with relevant information and insights.
