We are currently seeking a Software Dev. Sr. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra (IN-MH), India (IN).
Experience: 16 + years of experience in delivering Banking domain
Skills:must have: knowledge of Application services, strong Stakeholder management, Strong delivery Management capabilities, Banking domain expertise, Relationship management, Strong inclination towards supporting IT Application sales, experience in delivering large-scale, multi-million-dollar technology projects, particularly in the financial services sector
Good To have:Good networking within Banking sector, leading cross-functional teams, driving digital transformation, and managing end-to-end delivery of critical business applications
Job Description:
The candidate should have 16+ years of experience of leading IT application services in large Global bank's India base ODCs.
Must have knowledge of Banking domain and IT products
Previous experience in supporting IT sales, preferably in the IT application services, would be advantageous.
Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using program/delivery management and other tools.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events.
Prospecting and generating delivery leveraged new leads through relationship management and networking events.
Understanding clients' business needs and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
Conducting/Coordinating product demonstrations and presentations to existing/potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the IT applications.
Negotiating pricing and contractual agreements with clients
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, delivery, various CoEs, and customer support to meet client needs effectively.
Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to stay informed and offer valuable insights to clients.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in management, business, marketing, or a related field.
The role is Pune based.
