The candidate should have Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical) with Min. 15 years of experience in the field of O & M/Erection/Testing & commissioning with at least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager. The position is for Site Manager at BALCO, Korba site and should handle the the team of 80 members.
Candidate should have sound knowledge in the substation operation and maintenance activities, Customer handling, electrical troubleshooting.
Also should be well capable to handle the site manpower, contractor manpower, meeting customer KPI's and fulfil customer requirements.
Should strictly adhere to EHS guidelines. Also should be well aware about the recent industry standards rules of safety, PTW, LOTO process, etc. and expert in preparing of EHS documents.
On site Planning and execution of Periodic Preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance with trouble shooting capabilities of400/220/132kV Power Transformer, Breaker, CT, PT, Control panel, Relays, ACDB, SCADA, Battery with Battery charger.
Computer literacy and shall be proficient in MS office
