Location– Jadcherla, Telangana, India
Job model– WFO – Onsite - 6 days working.
We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Shift Leader Resource. To execute the production plan to meet production, maintenance, quality, and SHE objectives in the ANH (Animal Nutrition Plant) at the manufacturing site Jadcherla to achieve the objectives including continuous improvement in Process, production facilities & production related projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a high performing India logistics organization by creating a psychologically safe environment where personnel can perform to their potential. Develop production strategy detailing capacity planning & utilization.
Responsible for daily operation of the production process (planning) and the production costs. This includes Asset utilization, Resource Management. Ensure production as per rated capacity and as per the plan (Vitamins. Minerals, carotenoids, and Enzymes).
Responsible to ensure adherence to ANH SHE Regulations, Regional & Global SHE Requirements so that safe and healthful work environment is maintained. Propose and execute approved Manufacturing Plan including budget that secures integrity of the plant at lowest possible costs and the right quality without compromising Safety (SHE).
Implement quality systems to ensure the Process & Product quality Within approved budget allocate resources and spending. Organize and develop the workforce of the plant to secure a professional well trained and motivated staff with a high safety behavior performance.
Ensure compliance, injury free operations and sustainable license to operate on site level. Quality: to comply with DSM policy on quality and implement Quality management system, responsible for production process and results in line with approved quality requirements. Accountable for continuous improvement of Quality performance. Encouraging and promoting 5S and continual improvement culture.
Timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members. Capable in Handling issues with operators and contractors if any. Issuing warning letter against disciplinary action to Shift operation team.

You bring
At minimum 5 to 7 years working experience in the field of:
- process development and/or process engineering
- production, technical staff and/or maintenance
Preferred with Premix plant operation experience.
2-3 years line management experience (production, technical staff, plant ) and other staff (line or staff) positions in other areas of the company.
Training in the elements of leadership and SHE (Safety Training, Manufacturing Course)
Education on academic level, preferable in the field of Mechanical/chemical engineering.
Experience in manufacturing and people management.
Good working knowledge of SHE
