The Global Learning & Knowledge Management (GLKM) organization provides a full range of dynamic, evolving learning and performance solutions that enrich our colleague's skills and knowledge. We power engagement and drive business results across Global Services Group (GSG) through talent solutions. We are seeking aSharePoint Power Platform Engineerwho will serve on the Global Learning Architecture (GLA) Learning Innovation team.
GLA is responsible for partnering with business leaders, subject matter experts, and the wider GLKM team to develop and implement global learning solutions that align with key business strategies and enhance organizational performance. With a focus on the highest quality of design and development, they will contribute to the conceptualization, development, implementation and measurement of all learning solutions.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Core Responsibilities
Accelerate digital innovation through design, creation, and engineering of automated cloud solutions driving advanced Business capabilities
Develop, customize, implement, and maintain current MS SharePoint Environment and MS Power Platform Services (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI).
SharePoint Online Site Administration including building sites and pages, modifying, and deleting sites, managing SharePoint Permissions (Site Permissions, User groups, Document Library/List Permissions, Break Inheritance)
Design, develop and manage Power Automate workflows, lists, permissions, views and SharePoint solutions, Teams, and Power Apps solutions to automate business processes and improve efficiency across the organization.
Develop and administer collaborative solutions designed to manage information, streamline business processes, simplify reporting, and gather information.
Implement SharePoint security architecture, including group assignments and permission levels.
Ensure applications meet high standards of quality and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with MS SharePoint and MS Power Platform Services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly interfaces.
Support other technical needs in support of GLA and GLKM including but not limited to the exploration, scoping, and implementation of learning authoring tools.
Minimum Qualifications
Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture and MS Online.
In-depth knowledge of SharePoint security architecture, group assignments, and permission levels.
Proven experience in SharePoint development and customization.
Proficient with configuring and implementing Power Automate.
Strong proficiency in developing PowerApps.
Solid understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods.
Experience with Microsoft Forms.
Knowledge of managing SharePoint Lists and document libraries.
Experience in using OOTB connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate.
Strong understanding of SharePoint representational state transfer (REST) API.
Utilize JQuery and JQuery UI for enhancing user interface functionalities.
Demonstrate knowledge and coding ability in JavaScript.
Work with XML for data manipulation and integration tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Proficient in Power BI implementation of metrics and dashboards.
3+ years' experience in PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI experience.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
