JR63081 ServiceNow Developer- ITSM
Key Responsibilities:
Incident Management: Develop and maintain workflows for incident management, ensuring efficient resolution of IT issues.
Problem Management: Implement and manage problem management processes to identify and mitigate recurring issues.
Change Management: Design and enforce change management protocols to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Configuration Management: Maintain and update the configuration management database (CMDB) to ensure accurate asset tracking.
Request Management: Develop and manage service request workflows to streamline user requests.
Knowledge Management: Create and maintain knowledge articles to support IT service delivery.
ServiceNow Applications: Work with various ServiceNow applications, including NowMobile, Agent Mobile, and AI Search
Core Capabilities:
Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, and UI Scripts to meet needs.
Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
Workflow Design and Build: Design, develop, and optimize workflows to improve IT service delivery with a focus on continual improvement and automation.
Catalog Item Development: Create and manage service catalog items to meet user needs.
ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor IT service performance.
Enhancement Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
Core Platform Development: Perform core platform development tasks, including scripting, integrations, and automation.
Experience with Flow designer, Workspaces and UI Designer desirable.
Participate in the upgrade cycle of ServiceNow, including testing via the use of the Automated Test Framework.
Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM
