We are currently seeking a Server Hardware Technologies Solns. Arch. Sr. Specialist Advisor to join our team in BENGALURU, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).
15+ years demonstrated gradual experience in IT Outsourcing and Managed Services delivery, solution design / pre-sales, practice, product management or a corporate leadership role in managed services solution design or consulting, with Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent;
In-depth experience in creating and managing the creation of infrastructure outsourcing solutions and cost models; This includes analyzing the client business requirements, RFP asks, analyzing client volumes and tickets, sizing, solution design, costing and rolling out required solution documents / artifacts as needed for each of the pursuits
Technical thought leadership, organizational agility and ability to communicate affectively within a global team;
Exhibited maturity in conducting business and developing deep relationships with key partners;
Excellent verbal/written communication skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to organize and prioritize work flows, multiple tasks and work independently
Experience with end user services product portfolio structures and pricing models;
Technical and Technology
Proven Datacenter and Cloud domain and technical expertise in the following technology / services areas: Data Center technologies and services including DC Migration, colocation, DC consolidation, DC managed services and Operations, Backup, Storage, Virtualization, HCI and Cloud related technologies (both Private and all Public Cloud Domains esp Azure, AWS and Google)
In depth knowledge of services support models and related interdependencies in support of a managed infrastructure ecosystem;
Strategic thinker with technical background or related experience who is able to blend technology and business strategy to develop compelling solutions in Compute, Storage, Backup, Virtualization and Cloud domains
Expert understanding of the impacts of emerging business and technology trends as they relate to Dc and Cloud services and their implications for potential clients;
Extensive industry knowledge in the creating and packaging various IT services offerings, small / medium multi-year support services for managed infrastructure services;
Must be ITIL Foundation Certified. ITIL Intermediate Service Strategy or Service Design represents an advantage; TOGAF or equivalent architectural certification will be an added advantage
Ability to take contractual transition and transformational requirements and include in final solution and contract.
Industry recognized technical certification(s) in one or more end user services area and OEM is highly recommended (e.g. Help Desk Institute, VMWare, Citrix, Microsoft etc.).

Detail, execution oriented focus with an ability to zoom out when required to see the "big picture;
Ability to work across engineering, delivery and sales functions and "sell" ideas and solutions both internally and externally;
Exceptional communication skills and presence – verbal, written and visual. Effective communication ability spanning operations, engineering to VP and occasionally C-level personnel internally and externally;
Exhibited maturity in conducting business and developing deep relationships with key partners;
Illustrated ability to work on unstructured problems, in unstructured environments leading to successful delivery of organizations objectives;
Experience coordinating/leading solution architecture teams and/or coordinating small/medium pursuits is preferred;
Ability to conceptualize and translate complex ideas into simple terms.
