We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Reconciliations Center of Excellence, Custody Operations team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashatra.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Work closely with the stakeholders to analyze, define, and prioritize business requirements and functional and operational specifications for a functional work stream.
Analyzes and designs an explicit set of disciplined actions to seek out the optimum value for both initial and long-term investment in a new product and/or service offering
Lead transformation projects and deliver expected outcomes through working with various Stakeholders, Engineering, and reconciliation teams.
Identify, develop, and retain talent through providing stretch goals/assignments.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor or higher degree; MBA preferred.
13-15 years of minimum experience in financial industry
Experience of leading medium to larger size transformation projects.
Experience in Fund Accounting reconciliation functions.
