Senior Ui/Ux Designer

We are looking for a senior designer who has mastered the use of their Design tools, and is fluent in the language of UI design for Web and Mobile applications.Experience & Tools:Degree or equivalent in a UI design related field is requiredTotal 6-8 years of experience minimum is required in a Software UI Design roleKnowledge of Figma is mandatory, with a sound understanding of various underlying concepts pertaining to collaborative designTo oversee, manage and maintain the internal Design System for the team, including (but not limited to):Component library managementColor managementIconographyTypographyInformation Architecture and hierarchy definitionSource file access managementTo provide design guidance for accessibility and UI best practices.To ensure consistency across web and mobile apps that scale responsively (including tablets)To guide the existing design team with delivery and handover of designs for developmentTo interface between other team (especially product managers) to filter and organise incoming requirements, along with follow ups.To monitor design reliability by reviewing telemetry for user engagement behaviours on newly implemented designsAdditional Responsibilities:UX research practices (Focus groups, surveys, expert analysis, etc.) is a bonusProduct thinking prioritising User-first experiences is essential, ability to communicate and represent user needs to internal stakeholders and dev teams is a big plusDomain knowledge within the Travel industry is a big plus.E-commerce centric design will also sufficeFamiliarity with HTML DOM behaviour, as well as CSS inheritance.You are not required to write or review CSS code - but you are expected to be aware of the limitations/constraints/challenges inherent to CSS to better inform your designs prior to handover.Note: We are looking for Immediate Joiners.
