Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) aims to be a technology leader that provides predictive and seamless experiences to all Grab employees (Grabbers). Get to know the Role
As a Senior Solution Specialist, Finance Systems, reporting to the Delivery Lead, you will collaborate closely with IT teams and business users to understand their challenges and current business processes. Your role involves translating these business needs into future application requirements or process improvements, working with both internal and external vendors to design effective solutions.
You will bring strong experience in managing project and change request enhancements within ERP landscapes, particularly in Order To Cash processes. Experience in areas such as Procure To Pay (P2P) and Record To Report (R2R) is highly valued. We encourage experienced candidates who have contributed to Financial Systems and Warehouse Management systems in global organizations to apply!
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Partner with users to gather, analyze, and standardize requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis and recommending enhancements to stakeholders.
Evaluate and refine business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Recommend configurations and deployment strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Communicate insights and solutions clearly to cross-functional teams and management, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users, prioritizing initiatives to meet business requirements.
Champion continuous improvement in Finance, Procurement, and GTS, identifying gaps and leveraging new platform offerings to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
At least 5 years of senior-level experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, including deep knowledge of its suite, module interactions, and third-party applications.
Proven success in leading at least two full life cycle projects in Order to Cash modules, with expertise in configuring Oracle Finance Cloud (Receivables, Collections, Revenue Management, Credit Management) and Order Management Cloud (Order Management, Inventory).
Strong understanding of change management processes within WMS and Financial ERP, including enhancement lifecycles, impact analysis, and prioritization.
Experience in creating design documents, user guides, and training materials, and supporting the delivery and management of quarterly Oracle Fusion system upgrades.
Collaborative problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess impacts of process enhancements and prioritize effectively to mitigate risks.
Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Procure To Pay (P2P), Record To Report (R2R), EPM, MDM, financial reporting tools (OTBI, BI), and COSO & COBIT frameworks.
