If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (IN-TN), India (IN).Primary responsibilities:• Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation within SalesForce.com platform• Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, templates, and campaigns.• Develop and maintain Lightening Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, and integrations to other third-party solutions.• Translate simple to complex user stories into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment.• Interact with the customer and discuss the business scenarios.• Review the code and help the team with best practices/code optimization.ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with Salesforce Leadership and other Stakeholders to validate business requirements and considerationsDevelop Apex classes , Apex Commons frameworkCustomize User Interface development, including Lightning pages, and Lightning Web ComponentsUse Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organizationAdhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom developmentTake ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and codeManage other Developers workload and perform code reviews to ensure best practices are adhered toEnjoy being part of a dynamic team that participates in many high-profile projectsQualification5+ years of experience with Apex and Salesforce Sales Cloud Development2+ years of experience managing a team2+ years of experience deploying code through CI/CD using Gearset softwareA proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practicesAnalytical and problem-solving skillsMust have strong attention to detail when communicating with end users (verbal & written)Strong attention to data quality and accuracyBonus Skills: Experience with Automation software (MuleSoft, UiPath), OCR, Marketing Cloud, CPQSystems• Hands-on experience in a Salesforce Development via ASYNC Apex• Hands-on experience in a Salesforce Configuration via Admin Tools• Hands-on experience in CI/CD using Gearset.• Knowledge of Reports & Dashboards, SOQL & SOSL• Knowledge with providing Security controllers to users by using Profiles, Roles, Permission sets and OWD Setting• Understanding of Sharing mechanism in SF including – sharing rules, Role hierarchy, user management, profiles etc• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification(Mandatory)• Excellent debugging capabilities to resolve Production issues/errorsPreferred Experience:• Prior experience with a software development methodology, Agile preferred• Experience in a Salesforce Data Migration with any Salesforce recommended tool• PD1 certification is preferredIdeal Mindset:• Problem Solver. You are creative but also practical in finding solutions to problems that may arise in the project to avoid potential escalations.•Analytical.
