About the Role

We are currently seeking an accomplished Senior Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge and user-centric web applications. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping front-end architecture, guiding junior developers, and delivering high-quality, performant code.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using modern
JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, orVue.js.
Write clean, efficient, andmaintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.
Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility in web applications.
Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to and from peers.
Apply clean code principles like SOLID, DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself), and KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid) in daily development tasks.
Utilize frontend architecture best practices to build scalable, high performance web solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in frontend technology and incorporate them into your development process where appropriate.
Implement unit tests and collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality,reliable web applications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers, to define and refine project requirements, scope, and timelines.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on task progress, milestones, and any potential risks or issues.
Collaborate with DevOps to ensure seamless deployment and integration of web applications with other systems and platforms.
Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and practices to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Identify opportunities for automation, tooling, and other process improvements to streamline the development lifecycle.
Engage in learning and development opportunities to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.
Skills
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with project management tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience and Qualifications
Demonstrable experience (preferably 5+ years) in Frontend development Tech.
Bachelor/Master of Engineering
Proven experience in designing and implementing innovative web ecosystems.
Expertise in rapidly building and iterating on prototype web user interfaces.
Track record of driving improvements in usability and interactivity.
