As Senior Service Associate - Compensation & Benefits, you are responsible for executing the policies within the compensation framework and processing employee benefits with a good understanding of client-specific policies. A good understanding of the end-to-end HRMS System and Process will allow them to navigate through these dependencies seamlessly. There may be occasions when employees will be required to perform system testing. You should be flexible to work in shifts.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Process employee benefits and claim applications either directly or via third-party vendors
Maintain Benefits and Compensation records of employees and update appropriate systems that support Benefits processes and compensation processes
Ensure the accuracy of benefits-related payments and deductions calculated in the payroll or any other payment system. This requires in-depth knowledge of company policies & other system interface
Manage different Benefits tools & databases used for benefits administration including investigation and resolution of errors, system testing, business case scenarios, etc.
Perform eligibility checking, validation of supporting documents and securing necessary approvals on awards, bonuses, incentives, stock options, salary increases, and allowances to be granted to employees
Manage different compensation & performance management tools & databases including cycle data administration, investigation and resolution of errors, system testing, etc.
Ensure the accuracy of compensation-related payments and deductions calculated in the payroll or any other payment system.
Act as Tier 2 for issue resolution of compensation-related queries. Communicate or respond promptly to queries or to any changes to the Contact Centre.
Maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) and/or Internal Measures for the processes handled
Document monthly compensation scorecard, including issue/resolution tracking, running of regular control reports and tracking volume metrics
