Job Description:The Channel Sales Manager needs to maintain and expands relationships withexisting as well new channel partners, corporate clients and system integrator acrossthe territory.Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assignedpartner accounts.Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, andmanagement resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partnersexpectations.Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assignedpartner accounts.Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performanceobjectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productivepartner relationship.Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.Leads solution development efforts that best address endures needs, whilecoordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.Driving business through defined channels of acquisition.Team handling: Monitoring and evaluating team performance Acquiring anddeveloping new talent.Increase market reach and market penetration.
