Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify clearly the most significant responsibilities of the job which have a clear end results for the achievement of which you will be held accountable.1. Sales of Mitsubishi Factory Automation Products VFD, Servo, PLC, HMI, Robot, Scada and Motion, LVS products.2. Strong Knowledge of all FAID Products Drive, VFD, Servo, PLC, HMI, Robot, Scada and Motion, LVS products.3. Candidate should have good exposure of front-end sales of VFD, HMI, PLC, Motion, LVS automation products and its various solutions.4. Strong Knowledge of Industrial sales - OEM/ END USER5. He/she needs to focus on new solution study & its promotion which will help to add values to OEM/ END USER to machines and try to give complete package solution with cost effective solution by adding various values to OEM/ END USER machine or line.6. Should work with OEM/ END USER and CP for achieving sales target7. Should work with focussed and targeted key OEM/ END USERs to gain business growth & create business awareness.8. He/she needs to ensure wider market reach & penetration of unexplored markets.9. Candidate should be able to interact and discuss with customers for the complete system requirement as per end user application and requirement.10. He/she should be competent in implementing effective solutions to customer needs with an aim to improve customer contentment.11. Candidate should be able to arrange and conduct demonstration, presentation, seminars at customers end.12. Should be able to understand customer installed base and find out new business opportunity.13. Should be able to track market share and competitor's information.14. Should be an effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong methodical and problem-solving approach.15. Should know how to forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales target and achieve it.16. Should have ability to understand entire knowledge of OEM/ END USER machine or line as per their industry and segment.17. Candidate to ensure support and smooth execution of projects.18. He/she should be able to identify prospective accounts from various sectors for business excellence.19. Should know effective relationship management with Key Customers to ascertain rendering quality service & business enhancement.
