About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple
projects within our unit, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives.
This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict
deadlines and within budget. The Program Manager will work closely with
cross-functional teams, stakeholders, senior management and customers to define
program scopes, goals, and delivery plans. They will also identify potential risks, develop
mitigation strategies, and ensure that all progra objectives along with their
interdependencies are met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Program Planning: Spearhead Monthly & Quarterly program delivery planning, collaborating seamlessly with Cross-Cluster and customer teams.
Agile Execution: Drive Agile Execution in coordination with Cross-Cluster teams & customers, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
Cadence Facilitation: Facilitate Daily/Weekly Cadences, including Daily Scrum
Stand-ups and Scrum of Scrums, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the unit.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Business Development and
Customer Success, to ensure seamless execution of programs.
Defect Triage Leadership: Lead Defect Triage meetups both internally and externally with the customer, actively contributing to issue resolution.
Governance Meetings: Actively drive and contribute to weekly governance meetings, both internal and external, providing insights and updates through frameworks and scalable processes set in place.
SDLC Process Adherence: Adhere to and reinforce SDLC processes, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Retrospectives: Drive sprint and release retrospective meetups, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and amplify risks, enabling decision-makers in effective Risk Mitigation strategies. Additionally, monitor and manage risks through a risk register, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Collaborative Leadership: Foster collaboration and coordination with cross-functional teams, ensuring a unified approach to program objectives.
Client Engagement: Engage externally with clients, ensuring their active involvement in decision-making processes.
Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancements, and improvements in effort utilizations of the team members through innovative solutions and scalable processes in place.
Decision Support: Provide decision support by presenting comprehensive insights and data to key stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of release-related activities, schedules and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Skills
Program Milestones: Ability to define strategic program milestones, providing a clear roadmap for execution and achievement.
Execution Oversight: Ensure effective execution of program milestones, maintaining a focus on program objectives and timelines.
Multiple Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
Agile Knowledge: Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies will be a significant advantage, contributing to efficient program delivery.
Customer Liaison: Ability to build strong relationships and successfully engage with customers, ensuring alignment with program goals and expectations.
Program Management Tools: Proficiency in program management tools, with a preference for experience with Jira and Confluence.
Agile Collaboration: Demonstrated experience in breaking down problems, organizing work, planning activities, and delivering programs, particularly in liaison with TPMs (Technical Program Managers) in agile delivery models.
Independent Operation: Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy, showcasing leadership and decision-making capabilities.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex program details and updates effectively.
Agility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, ensuring flexibility in program management approaches.
Analytical Thinking: Possess a strong analytical mindset, with a demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.

Experience & Qualifications:
Experience Landscape: 10-15 years of experience in Program Management.
