Sr. Product Manager -Multiple Openings

We are looking for multiple senior-level product managers for our newly built enterprise and client platforms. These roles can be based in: India , Chennai & Pune– HYBRID. The ideal candidate will have significant financial services experience within the banking industry, with a focus on one or more of the following disciplines:
Data Product - Expertise in data and analytics
Digital Product- Expertise in digital platforms (web, mobile, etc)
Technical Product– Expertise in technical platforms
Financial Product– Expertise in investment banking, lending, payments, etc
Experience/Service– Expertise in client journeys, channels, services
You will have an impact in following ways:
Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, prioritize initiatives, goal-setting, and create the evaluation criteria to ensure successful delivery
Understand the client's needs and objectives, introduce new ways of working, being productive, and soliciting feedback
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. UX, Engineering, and Business groups) to define criteria
Drive product innovation by keeping up-to-date with industry trends
Define product metrics, measures performance, and uses data to inform product decisions.
Manage a team of Product Owners and/or scrum teams

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $125,000 and $233,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
