A Brief Overview
The Senior Privacy Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development and ongoing operations of the privacy team, including maintaining a privacy control framework, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to understand and document the use of personal information in all business processes, managing ongoing data mapping and records of processing activities, prioritizing and reviewing third party vendor management requests, tracking and analyzing privacy gaps and metrics, and generating effective solutions to sustain compliance with data privacy requirements. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in TriNet's expanding privacy team and to work on challenging privacy issues in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

What you will do
Assist is the development and maintenance of the privacy control framework and assist with continuous improvement to automated processes pertaining to security/data privacy controls.
Participate in developing and implementing action plans to cure gaps in privacy controls.
Assist in the monitoring and investigations of operational issues relating to compliance matters.
Work with all departments to understand and document their use of personal information via data mapping and records of processing activities.
Conduct initial risk reviews of vendors and escalate as appropriate.
Prepare reporting and metrics of privacy activities.
Maintain privacy-related notices, policies, standards, guidelines, and processes.
Work with other team members to contribute to the development and completion of the program roadmap.
Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.

Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience Qualifications
Typically 5+ years Hands-on experience with OneTrust privacy solution for data mapping and records of processing activities required and
Typically 5+ years Basic understanding of and experience in compliance with global privacy laws and regulations required and
Typically 5+ years Experience working for a large multi-national organization preferred and
Typically 5+ years Experience working in a privacy or legal team managing complaince with privacy requirements required and
Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of privacy principles, including CCPA, GDPR, DPDP Act
OneTrust data mapping and ROPAs
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills (oral and written) are required due to the nature of involvement and interaction with colleagues at all levels of the organization
Experience with SalesForce and ServiceNow
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Licenses and Certifications
Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) Upon Hire required
