Job Roles and Responsibility
Resolve difficult radio network issues and incidents according to agreed SLAs.
Execute preventive and corrective activities ensuring network quality and continuity of service and the restoring time for RAN Network elements.
In collaboration with 1stLine Operations teams, work out procedures related to the analysis of alarms to detect and eliminate faults.
Perform data configuration, software rollout and support integration activities according with network development plans.
Implements new procedures and operational processes for efficiency and optimisation of activities to meet the SLAs/KPIs (automation and artificial intelligence).
