Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Advises the business and executes the HR Processes and activities. For e.g., Resourcing, Performance & Talent Management, Monthly Headcount Reporting & Budgeting activities, International Mobility & Annual Reward Review (ARR).
Uses best practice knowledge to provide thought leadership to support future capabilities of the business.
Understands business needs and supports the business to make the right people decisions to positively impact the commercials of the business function.
Ensures strong relations are fostered with management teams and acts positively and effectively as the gate keeper between the business and the HR-COE functions.
Drives the delivery of transformation projects that improve organization, team & individual effectiveness.
Demonstrates strong communication skills, influencing and persuading managers to ensure managers are equipped to drive employee engagement and the Spirit of Vodafone.
Identifies people and process trends, suggests improvements, and ensures that the business function adheres to the delivery of agreed HR Agenda.
Champions culture and advocates the HR operating model.
May provide informal guidance to junior staff. Ons, Supply Chain Operations and HR Operations
