Job Description
Process complex payroll activities, including benefits and retirement deductions, tax reporting, and compliance duties.
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts that project the company's future financial performance. This includes revenue projections, expense forecasts, cash flow analysis, and budgeting.
Collaborate with various departments to create, monitor, and manage the company's annual budget. Analyze budget variances and provide insights to help departments meet their financial targets.
Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders. Ensure the reports are accurate, timely, and insightful.
Assist in the development of the company's strategic plan by providing financial analysis, scenario modeling, and recommendations to support long-term growth and profitability goals.
Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. Present findings to management for informed decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
8-12 years of experience in FP&A.
Chartered Accountant (CA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Proven track record of leveraging data to drive business insights and decisions.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex financial data and Proficiency in managing and analyzing large data sets.
Experience in leading and managing a team, including 1-2 direct reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
