Job Description
Financial Analysis and Reporting:Conduct detailed financial analyses to support decision-making and improve business outcomes.
Provide accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and trend analysis.
Forecasting and Budgeting:Build and maintain realistic financial models to support forecasting and budgeting activities.
Deliver on the company's plans by ensuring accurate and reliable forecasts.
Team and Performance Support:Support the team in delivering activities related to optimized performance against service level agreements.
Ensure team activities are aligned with business objectives and performance metrics.
Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) and Business Intelligence (BI) teams.
Ensure consistent, clear, and accurate information flow between departments.
Compliance and Risk Management:Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to management.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
Desired
Education : CA / MBA – Finance / master's in commerce /Masters in Finance
Advanced Financial Software Skills: Proficiency in advanced tools and software such as SQL or Python for data analysis.
?Project Management: Experience in managing projects, using tools like Microsoft Project or Asana.
?Strategic Thinking: Ability to align financial strategies with long-term business goals.
?Presentation Skills: Strong skills to effectively communicate financial information to executive teams.
