First principle framework for LTV maximization while maintaining user engagement & control fatigue. Back all recommendations with data.Identify key Content/propositions to reduce churn for various cohorts and minimize it by setting up churn prevention lifecycles as well as win-back campaigns.Work with data science, product, engineering & business teams to drive new features & framework implementation. Own the firm's communication strategyManage the team that creates and executes campaigns using channels such as PNs, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, In-app widgets, HomePage interventions etc.Monitor and report campaign performance and key success metrics.Maintain and publish dashboards/reports at a channel, cohort, or campaign level.Coordinate with internal stakeholders for templates, creatives, and business approvals.Run various A/B experiments to identify the best strategy & recommend overall portfolio optimisation. Job requirementsBachelor's/Master's degree from Tier 1 college with an outstanding academic record.4+ years experience across CRM, analytics, category management or marketing roles with a very good grasp on analytics, customer understanding & contentAbility to work on large sets of data for analysis and reporting. Critical thinker withstrong problem solving skills.Understanding of A-B frameworks & time series analysis is very crucial. Understanding of data science is a bonusStrong understanding of segmentation, frequency capping, inclusion/exclusion, send time, etc.Ability to work collaboratively with a broad set of internal (creative, copy, design, marketing teams) stakeholders.SQL and HTML knowledge is preferred but not necessary. Proven experience in managing and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns (Setting up multi-channel user journeys/ drip campaigns, etc.) is preferred.
