Job Description

Provide strategic guidance to C2C Managers (Commercial Income/Invoicing/Credit & Collections/Cash Apps/Tender) - Identify opportunities for C2C to contribute to Tesco Big 6; Finance Strategy & Mission 23 - Driving a digital vision for C2C - Communicate with UKROI Finance; C Store Ops leadership on C2C initiatives - Challenge teams to improve; challenge SLA/KPIs & create positive experiences for customers - Generate insights to drive effective working capital & cash decisions - Lead Continuous Improvement process to bring positive change for business; adapt new ways of working - Coaching to develop a high performing team; giving Managers opportunities to show their potential - Ensuring compliance with Risk & Control Framework relating to C2C - Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
