We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our growing FP&A team. You will play a key role in supporting our leadership team by providing insightful financial analysis and business intelligence to drive strategic decision-making.

Your Role
Partner with Finance, Sales and other departmental teams to understand the SaaS sales cycle and its impact on financial performance.
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for revenue and all revenue related KPIs.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks related to the SaaS business model.
Create clear and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau to communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
Monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales pipeline, ACV, ARR, etc.
Perform ad-hoc analyses and research to answer business critical questions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Analytics or a related field.
6-8 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and their financial implications.
Proven expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
In-depth knowledge of Tableau, Salesforce, including advanced functions and formulas.
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
