We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer - GitOps and Kubernetes
You'll make a difference by:
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our platform team, focusing on CI/CD automation, GitOps workflows, and Kubernetes (K8s) cluster administration and operations. In this role, you will streamline application onboarding to Kubernetes using GitLab and GitOps practices, oversee the monitoring infrastructure with Grafana and Prometheus, and design metrics-driven dashboards to facilitate decision-making. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the development tooling, managing container orchestration with Docker, and supporting the on-premise Kubernetes infrastructure to automate the release, deployment, and upgrade processes.
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and integration workflows.
Set up and manage GitOps for Kubernetes applications using GitLab, ensuring reliable and scalable deployments.
Oversee Kubernetes cluster/namespace administration, handling upgrades, scaling, and troubleshooting for on-premise environments.
Manage container orchestration using Docker to streamline application deployments within Kubernetes clusters.
Manage secrets and configurations securely within Kubernetes, using tools and best practices for secret management.
Design and maintain monitoring dashboards using Grafana and Prometheus, enabling insights into application and infrastructure health.
Collaborate with development teams to improve automation, deployment speed, and consistency in the release process.
Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and resilience of critical services.
Contribute to infrastructure architecture decisions to support the growth and scalability of the on-premise Kubernetes environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering, with a focus on CI/CD, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD, GitOps, and container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of secret management tools and best practices for Kubernetes environments.
Hands-on experience with Grafana and Prometheus for system and application monitoring.

5-8 years of experience is required.
