A Brief Overview
The Senior Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing data quality standards, monitoring data quality, and collaborating with various teams to resolve data-related issues.

What you will do
Analyze and Validate Data: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by performing regular data audits and validations.
Data Quality Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of data quality across multiple sources and systems.
Data Governance: Collaborate with data governance teams to establish and enforce data quality standards and policies.
Develop Data Quality Standards: Create and maintain data quality standards and processes to ensure high data quality across the organization.
Data Monitoring: Continuously monitor data quality metrics and implement error detection and correction processes.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with IT, data management, and business teams to design and implement data strategies and models.
Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis of data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Data Integration: Work closely with data integration teams to ensure data quality is maintained during data migration and integration projects.
Generate Reports: Produce data quality reports and presentations for management to inform decision-making.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to data stewards and other team members on data quality best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in data quality processes and tools.
Data Cleaning: Identify and remove old, unused, or duplicate data to maintain a clean and efficient database.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to team members facing data-related issues and recommend improvements.

Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field
Experience Qualifications
Typically 5+ years of experience in data quality analysis or a related field
Experience working with domain structures; conceptual, logic and physical
Skills and Abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Minimal travel required.
