About the role
As aSenior Cloud Solution SpecialistwithInsightyou'll act as a leader for the differentiation of Insight's technical capability. We'll count on you to develop solution knowledge and share this IP both locally and Asia Pacific wide.
Along the way, you will get to:
Provide consulting services including discovery, design, build, deployment, test, pilot, documentation, and transition.
Assist customers in resolving highly technical and complex problems.
Work within political, cost, and technical constraints to provide the most appropriate solution for the client.
Focus on assisting the practice team to meet the Services Practice's financial target.
Effectively and consistently report status of projects back to project managers during project execution.
Assist with project closure by developing project artefacts, participating in project lessons learned.
Display strong situational analysis, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Take responsibility as the technical representative of Insight within strategic accounts to develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities for Insight.
Focus on maintaining 80% chargeability through billing for solution design and transition to delivery.
Develop profile as a technical leader in an Insight specialist solution area.

What we're looking for
8+ years' experience in a development or support role within a Microsoft environment.
MS Dynamics 365, Strong Dataverse, D365 Customer Service, CRM Configuration & Customization, and Power Platform.
Solid understanding of at least 2 of the Dynamics 365 First Party Applications.
Solid understanding and hands on experience with Model Driven Apps, Power Automate and Canvas Apps.
Working knowledge with hands on experience with Power BI, Power Pages and AI Builder ordevelopment background with experience in CSS, HTML, Sitecore and Asp.net.
Experience with complex CRM configuration and customization including integration and data migration.
Best practice and implementation with Application Lifecycle Management
Experience with Power Platform Centre of Excellence Toolkit.
Substantial experience in technical roles within a Services environment and ability to map client's business needs to Insight's technology solution offerings.
Ability to write quality high level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps and technical documentation that communicate customer vision.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships.
Excellent written (documentation) and verbal communication skills
