Highly skilled and experienced specialists offer services which range from consulting to craft & prototyping to solution & implementation and operation everything out of one hand.We are looking for aSenior Bazel EngineerYou'll make a difference by :We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who has proven 8+ years of experience in Linux development environments, proficient with the Bazel build system, capable of supporting our software development teams in automating the application lifecycle through build, test, stage, and deployment by using DevOps and continuous delivery/deployment best practices.Understand the existing applications, its configuration, build strategies and tools .Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Docker containers.Implement automated processes for deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Docker into our development and deployment pipeline.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Build systems.Continuously improve our containerization strategies for better efficiency and securityDocument containerization processes and maintain version control.Required Skills :Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.Proven 5+ years of experience working with Linux-based infrastructure, preferably with RedHat systems.Experience with Bazel Build Event Protocol and Remote Execution APIExperience working as a Build Engineer in a large organization.Experience with AWS, Docker, and KubernetesExperience working on developer tools.Practical experience developing and maintaining one or more large Bazel builds.Practical experience deploying and maintaining remote caching and execution infrastructure.Experience with programming in C, C++ and Java.Working proficiency and excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.Nice to have :Good Knowledge in eclipse IDE, developed add-ons/ plugins on eclipse Platform.Prior experience in java-based build systems and coverage tools like JaCoCo and UI automation tools like QF-Test.Knowledge of 93K Semiconductor test platMake your mark in our exciting world at Siemens.Find out more about Siemens careers at:www.siemens.com/careers.
