We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Visual Brand & Design to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pune, MH – HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
This role will support all areas of Treasury Services including Payments, Cash Management, Trade, Digital Channels, and more!
Design a wide range of world class Sales Enablement content that supports revenue objectives and delivers an exceptional client experience using a variety of software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs.
Design various types of content including video, Infographics, presentations, etc. using in-house provided software through Adobe Creative Suite.
Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product that are up to the BNY brand standard.
Utilize existing design templates and create bespoke content pieces, graphics, and screenshots as needed.
Work independently as well as partner with various teams including Marketing, Sales, and Proposals to design and amplify amazing TS content.
Consult and advise on design best practices for general sales enablement materials and client-specific proposals.
Work with product SMEs to create designs that showcase TS technology in a digestible way for a non-technical audience.
Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities as well as QA final designed content for errors.
Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project and ensure final documents are visually appealing and on-brand.
Implement feedback and changes whenever possible.
No direct reports, individual contributor role.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in design, Marketing, or another creative field. Or 5-7 years of total work experience in design, project management, and/or content creation.
Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere.
Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Experience working with global brands and strict guidelines.
Experience managing and prioritizing a variety of materials simultaneously.
Experience working with a global team in varying time zones.
Proficient in English.
Good to have Financial Services industry knowledge / Agency experience.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS will be an added advantage.
Experience with Seismic MS Dynamics, and MS Viva/SharePoint
