We're seeking a future team member for the role ofSenior Associate, User Experience Analystto join our team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Performs user experience activities that include user research and testing, interactive design, and visual design.
Participate in user research, usability testing, surveys, interviews, work studies, and heuristic evaluations.
Presents and may review documentation of research findings with product and development teams.
Creates concepts, information architecture, user interface designs, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and specifications.
Participates in the implementation of more complex visual styles that support platform branding to increase user effectiveness.
Contributes to the product definition and evaluation process utilizing multiple sources of information (field work, interviews, internet, intranet, market data/literature), interprets user feedback and insights to improve the user experience.
Creates and updates user interface and visual design guidelines and standards, may assist in the maintenance of some as assigned.
Good exposure to Design System
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in user experience, design, human computer interaction, psychology or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred
6+ years of experience in User experience
Expert in using Figma Tool
Self-driven, proactive & work in a collaborative environment.
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
