We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our BNY Investments team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra – HYBRID
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 
This role in the BNY Investments – Business Sourcing and Resiliency Management will assist in ensuring the Third-Party Governance Line of Business oversight process is supported with a strong control framework through effective reporting and analysis.  Specific tasks will include the compilation, review, and analysis of ESO-specific data, as well as synthesizing large amounts of information to enable the facilitation of critical regulatory commitments such as the Ongoing Monitoring and identification and optimization of active third-party relationships.
Responsible for proactively monitoring and actioning business activities related to the third-party governance lifecycle including but not limited to activities such as key performance and risk indicators, contract execution, purchase orders management and invoice tracking. 
Ensuring that all engagements are compliant with sourcing requirements.
Support and partner with Business Sourcing Lead on any identified projects, as necessary

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 
Individual should have at least 7+ years of experience in procurement, Third Party Governance, other business management and execution roles
Business analysis / ability to review and synthesize data
Problem solving capabilities and strong documentation, communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Strong excel skills (ability to compare /contrast / VLOOKUP/ dashboards)
Ability to self-manage workload and goals independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven organization
Knowledge of vendor/risk management, business continuity desirable, but not mandatory
Ability to work across organizational lines and proactively problem solve 
Sourcing and Vendor Management experience is a plus
Reporting and data quality management experience is a plus
